At the vendor you can buy one of the 10 color packs or the Fatpack and the Ultimate Color HUD (that needs the Fatpack too).
After unpacking click the golden arrow left to see the Style page or the golden arrow right to see the Base Colors page, Trim Colors Page and Shell Colors Page.

At the Style page you can select between the different states of the top. You can show/hide the fabric part of the top and the shell for each boob separate.
If you buy the Fatpack then you can buy the AddOn Ultimate Color HUD too. Then you are able to tint each part of the outfit in a free adjustable color.
